• Willingness and ability to work on site in Washington DC, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Elicits requirements and supports design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of enterprise technology asset inventory integrating Asset Management and Service Management practices.
• Maintains both new and legacy technology inventory platforms by tracking assets, supporting lifecycle processes, curating data, and implementing QA, data quality controls, and data integrity routines.
• Conducts basic analysis of technology inventory data, develops and reports KPIs, and provides insights to improve accuracy, usability, and decision-readiness.
• Serves as a liaison with stakeholders, assisting users with inquiries and gathering evolving needs for system enhancements.
• Develops and updates documentation, SOPs, workflows, standards, guides, and training materials.
• Collaborates across teams to support BI enablement, data standardization, and BI reporting related to technology inventory.

The position our client's information system lifecycle management, including the retirement of information systems in compliance with legal, records, and other data requirements. This position will routinely provide customer service to technical and general users as well as a wide array of general analysis, problem solving, judgment, communication, and planning skills to collect/document/assess user requirements, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions that include enterprise-level communication artifacts.
