Job summary

Weimer Bearing is seeking an entry-level Business System Analyst in Wisconsin to help translate business needs into reports and analytics. This position offers room for growth and exposure to ERP maintenance and full-stack development across a range of applications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document development progress, and contribute to feature ideas. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–3 years IT/Software experience, and knowledge of SQL with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of IT/Software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutions.
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system.
• Contribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applications.
• Maintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or features.
• Collaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issues.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems team.
