Weimer Bearing is seeking an entry-level Business System Analyst to join our growing team in Wisconsin. If you enjoy turning data into actionable insights and supporting software development, this role offers hands-on experience across reporting, ERP maintenance, and full-stack work.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document progress, and help expand our analytics solutions while gaining exposure to PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years IT/Software Development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and web languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plus.
• Experience working in a team environment on software projects.
• Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needs.
• Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs.

Responsabilités

• Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutions
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system
• Contribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applications
• Maintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or features
• Collaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issues
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems team
