Weimer Bearing is seeking an entry‑level Business System Analyst to help people and apply data and software development knowledge. You will collaborate with stakeholders to scope reports and analytics solutions, assist ERP maintenance, and contribute to full‑stack development across multiple applications.

With a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and up to 3 years in IT, you will communicate clearly by phone and email and document progress.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience working in a team environment on software projects.
• Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email with strong listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs.

Aufgaben

• Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build reports and analytics solutions.
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system.
• Contribute to full-stack software development across various applications.
• Maintain documentation of development progress, issues, tickets or features.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutions
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system
• Contribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applications
• Maintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or features
• Collaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issues
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems team

Skills & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant IT/Software Development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• Knowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plus
• Experience working in a team environment on software projects
• Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needs
• Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs
