Qualifications

• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and intake planning and building permit applications.
• Determine and collect fees for permits and related services.
• Route submittals to the appropriate departments for processing.
• Maintain files for all applications and ensure accuracy.
• Provide public information on permits, codes, zoning, and procedures.
• Assist in setting up meetings and public hearings as needed.
• Operate office equipment and software and maintain office supplies.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and City staff.
