Job summary

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Bridge Engineer in our Ground Transportation Division in Portsmouth, NH.

You will work on bridge design projects with a dedicated team and support project engineers through design calculations and documentation. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, EIT/EI preferred or ability to obtain, 0–2 years of experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; ME preferred.
• EIT/EI preferred, or ability to obtain.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on bridge design projects within an assigned team.
• Complete assignments with direction from Project Engineer/PM.
• Perform design calculations and related tasks.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Attend bridge inspections, site visits and meetings with clients.
