We are seeking a driven Brand Marketing Associate to join our on-site team and help build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive in-store engagement. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to promote products, train with our teams, and identify new sales opportunities while aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

At Next Target, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations.
