Renuity is hiring an Entry Level Sales and Development Specialist in Fairfield, CT. The role involves in-store events, face-to-face customer engagement, and presenting premium home improvement solutions to generate qualified leads.

Starting wage is $18/hr with uncapped commission and performance incentives. Opportunities include on-the-spot offers and a potential sign-on bonus; typical schedules run 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Wed–Sun or Fri–Tue.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
