Renuity is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Danbury, CT to represent the company at in-store events and promote premium home improvement solutions.

Starting wage is $18/hr plus uncapped commission and performance incentives; on-the-spot offers may be available during interviews. Work hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday, with strong earning potential and a path into sales or leadership within a national network.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
• Willing to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Must have reliable transportation for multiple locations or events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers face-to-face to educate and promote premium home improvement solutions.
• Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified leads.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
