Job summary

Renuity is hiring an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist in Torrington, CT. You will engage customers in-store, present premium home improvement solutions, and generate qualified leads while earning a starting wage with uncapped commissions.

Starting pay is $18/hr with performance incentives, and opportunities exist across a 9:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule, Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday. This role offers rapid training and a path into sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Must have reliable transportation; role may require travel to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns
• Engage customers face-to-face to educate and promote premium home improvement solutions
• Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified leads
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
