Starting at $18/hour plus uncapped commissions, this role offers on-the-spot offers and a potential sign-on bonus. Schedule options include 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday, with paid training and clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Must have reliable transportation; role may require travel to multiple locations or events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers face-to-face to educate and promote premium home improvement solutions.
• Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified leads.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
