Job summary

William Chris Wine Company is seeking a Bottling Line Operator to join our on-site production team in WCV – Hye, TX. No bottling or manufacturing experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided.

You will load materials, operate and monitor bottling equipment, inspect product quality, and support line changeovers and sanitation. This full-time role offers a fixed weekly salary, overtime, healthcare benefits, paid training, wine discounts, and a collaborative team environment with

Qualifications

• No bottling or manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety labels.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottling and packaging equipment according to SOPs.
• Load bottles, closures, labels, and other packaging materials onto the line.
• Inspect bottles and finished product for fill level, closures, labeling, and packaging quality.
• Report mechanical issues and assist with line changeovers and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean, safe bottling area and assist with inventory as needed.
