Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and repair in electronic or mechanical devices experience and/or training is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of medical devices and maintenance.
• Adhere to QA and QC standards while meeting production goals based on established protocols.
• Input work orders into the CMMS with accurate parts, labor, equipment and performance details.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization principles.
• Complete annual compliance training and promote ethical practices.
• Provide feedback to leadership on device and process issues for continuous improvement.
• Expand pump model expertise by learning new devices to meet customer needs.
