Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician II in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves installing, inspecting, and repairing biomedical equipment, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a clinical engineering environment, as well as a technical degree or equivalent certification. This position includes significant travel (75%) and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate biomedical equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on complex equipment.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide equipment support.
