Job summary

InfuSystem is looking for a Biomedical Technician I to ensure medical devices function correctly and reliably at our Rochester Hills site. The role covers testing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and documenting service actions in the CMMS to keep device histories accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will uphold QA/QC standards, input detailed work orders, and help maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety while supporting teamwork and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and repair in electronic or mechanical devices.
• Strong verbal communication and organizing skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Ability to read/understand safety rules and maintenance docs.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of medical devices.
• Maintain QA/QC standards while meeting production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on device models.
• Input work orders with parts, labor, and results into CMMS.
• Follow 5S workplace organization principles.
• Complete annual compliance training.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to exceed customer expectations.
