Job summary

Forum Communications Printing in the Upper Midwest is seeking a dependable Bindery Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate and assist with finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials, with on-the-job training provided to develop machine-operating skills.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, loading/unloading, following job tickets, inspecting output, stacking and packing, and maintaining safety.

Join Our Production Team

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with basic knowledge of bindery and finishing processes to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, learning new skills, and taking pride in producing quality work.

The Bindery Machine Operator will operate and assist with a variety of finishing equipment used to turn printed materials into finished products. Additional hands‑on training will be provided to develop machine‑operating skills.

What You’ll Do

• Operate bindery and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience with printing, bindery, manufacturing, or production equipment preferred.


• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.


• Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude.


• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.

Opportunity to Grow

Expected compensation for this role is between $18 - $20/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
