Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with drafting courses.
• 5 years in electrical construction; knowledge of symbols and drafting conventions.
• Experience in electrical drafting or MEP using Revit preferred.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Able to manipulate Revit families, views, schedules, and parameters.
• Fluency with plotting, printers, and reproduction systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine CAD tasks following system standards and practices.
• Create quick actions using the CAD system to assist drawing creation.
• Apply mathematics in preparing drawings and dimensions.
• Improve system operation proficiency to boost productivity and learn all software options.
• Review work orders and manuals to determine critical design dimensions.
• Convert design dimensions to resizing figures for production processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
