Excelsior Nutrition Inc in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Jr Accountant to support the CFO across accounting functions including GL, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory, and tax preparation. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and assisting auditors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 2+ years’ experience, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and excellent communication. Mandarin bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger and Month End Closing
• Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis
• Inventory Management
• Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Assets
• Sales/Use Tax and Property Tax preparation
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assist CFO/Controller with cost schedules and reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors during Internal Audits
