Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians at the Carrollton clinic to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. No ABA or healthcare experience is required; 100% paid training and certification are provided.

Work at one clinic with a consistent 8:00 AM–4:15 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional meetings until 5:00 PM. You will earn $18.00–$19.00/hour to start, with structured reviews every 6 months to raise your base income as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to the Carrollton clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based therapy prioritizing child safety and engagement in a clinic environment.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft daily progress notes.
