What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven, science-based approach that helps children with autism and developmental needs build important life skills and improve behavior in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do as a Behavior Technician:

• Work with children in their homes, providing engaging and supportive 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.

• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect data on your clients' progress and behavior.

• Communicate with families and team members to help ensure success.

• Be an active, caring, and positive presence in each child's life.

• Attend training and feedback sessions to keep growing in your role.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• Passion for working with children-especially those with special needs.

• Previous experience in childcare, education, or working with kids is a plus-but not required!

• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is great, but not mandatory-we'll help you get there within your first 60 days and cover the cost!

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (you'll be driving to client homes, but you won't transport clients).

• Willingness to get certified in First Aid/CPR (we can help with that too).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job.
