Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Commerce City, CO is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required) for a full-time, on-site role at 13551 E 104th Ave. The position includes paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm and optional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to sit/stand/crouch/get on/off the floor regularly.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
