Description

Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

What you’ll do as a Behavior Technician:
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism in centers or home settings.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using therapeutic techniques from our industry-leading training program.
  • Track client progress with electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Good judgment in responding to clients' situations.
  • Effective and compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
  • Experience in roles like camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, or childcare volunteer is welcome; all applicants are encouraged to apply.
What you need:
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
  • HS Diploma or GED, with at least one college course towards a degree.
  • Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients’ families.

*The pay scale reflects the hourly wage for clinical work (direct treatment services). Non-clinical work (training, travel, meetings) is paid at $16.50/hour.
