Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician:
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism in our centers or home-based settings.
  • Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
  • Track client progress and growth by maintaining electronic health data on your company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Good judgment in responding to common client situations.
  • Effective and compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
  • Open to individuals with experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer. All applicants are welcome!
Minimum Requirements:
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
  • HS Diploma or GED, with at least one college course towards a degree.
  • Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients' families.

*The pay scale reflects the hourly wage for clinical work. Non-clinical work (training, travel, meetings) is paid at $16.50/hour.
