Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based ABA techniques. You may work at a child’s home, in our centers, or in the community, bringing energy and compassion to every session.

You’ll follow plans created by clinical leaders, celebrate small wins, and grow via paid training, mentorship, and clear career milestones in a flexible, on‑the‑go role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) CA mandated.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, center, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins.
