Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist in California to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based ABA strategies. You’ll work in homes, centers, or community settings with flexible scheduling.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and a clear growth path, including Dreams Come True tuition reimbursement and opportunities to advance as you gain skills and milestones are reached.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandate).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based ABA strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Deliver sessions at home, in centers, or in the community.
• Follow plans designed by clinical leaders; celebrate small wins.
