Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play, ABA-based strategies, and personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders. You’ll work in homes, centers, or community settings with flexible schedules, paid training, and clear career milestones.

No prior experience required—training is provided, and tuition reimbursement is available through our Dreams Come True program.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Patience, energy and optimism essential.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders.
• Support sessions at home, in centers, or in the community.
