Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist. This role supports children by using play and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills in homes, centers, or community settings.

No prior experience required; training and ongoing coaching are provided. The position offers a weekday schedule with paid training and career progression opportunities, aligned to a school-year calendar.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with clients.

Responsibilities
