Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Baseball Operations, Finance/Accounting, analytics, or related operational roles.
• Demonstrated interest in baseball and developing a career in Baseball Operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with quantitative/financial information.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of MLB transactions, including managing checklists and documentation.
• Support player/coach operations, onboarding, visas, allowances, and related communications.
• Maintain trackers for transactions, MLB service, payroll, and roster management data.
• Assist budget planning, invoicing, expense review, and financial reconciliation.
