Job summary

Eurest is seeking a full-time Baker in Billerica, MA to prepare baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on quality, portion control, and presentation. No experience is required; training will be provided, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm at the EMD Serono location.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and standards.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and shortages.
• Maintain sanitation and proper serving temperatures.
• Keep equipment and area clean; follow safety regulations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Follow sanitation and OSHA safety standards; complete shifts as assigned.
