Responsibilities

• Complete a rotational training program across sales and operations in wholesale distribution.
• Support business development managers with prospecting and lead qualification.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• Track and report key performance metrics using CRM and sales tools.
• Participate in ride-alongs, customer visits, and product training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance sales efficiency.
• Meet defined performance goals and development milestones within the program.
