Job summary

RISE Financial Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative Entry-Level to cultivate and manage a client base, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer our suite of supplemental insurance products. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to succeed in your sales territory.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a weekly base draw, and bonuses. You can define your own schedule and pursue opportunities for growth, including incentives like trips and stock

Qualifications

• Strong drive to succeed and challenge yourself to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and take charge in conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior sales experience is not required; however, a minimum of 5 years of professional employment (post high school) is necessary.
• Must be willing to attain a state health insurance license (assistance is provided)
