Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will mount/balance tires, perform oil changes, and learn preventative maintenance. A driver’s license and legal work status in the U.S. are required. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• U.S. work authorization without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience not required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Learn basic automotive services: mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters replacements, and more.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Deliver clear guest communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending.
