Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Florida. This entry-level position supports a great team in vehicle service, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one and a pay range of $11.88 to $17.82 per hour.

You will learn diagnostics and basic repairs, perform scheduled maintenance, tire care, and road-test vehicles as part of a supportive Bridgestone team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
