Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED; prior automotive maintenance experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services, such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate strong guest service through clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and deliver quality service.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care, operation, and safety.
