Job summary

Goodyear is looking for an entry-level Automotive Technician in New Jersey. You will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers, learning how to perform basic services while delivering outstanding guest service. Training is provided, and no prior automotive experience is required.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and be eligible to work in the U.S. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Assist mid- and senior-level technicians with automotive tasks.
• Deliver excellent guest service and communicate clearly with customers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain clean work areas.
