Job summary

Goodyear is looking for an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service to guests.

No prior experience is required as you’ll be trained in the skills needed. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company policies during tasks.
