Job summary
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our Goodyear Auto Service centers in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience learning to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.
No prior experience is required; training will be provided. We offer competitive base pay with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, vacation time, and tire discounts.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience isn't required for this position; training will be provided.
- Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and basic maintenance.
- Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
- Provide clear communication and exceptional guest service.
- Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
