The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers by learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information and make decisions.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and preventative maintenance.
• Train with technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Provide clear communication and guest vehicle feedback.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to vehicle care policies and perform manual tasks.
