Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one and a pay range of $11.88–$17.82 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, install tires and batteries, and road-test vehicles as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
