Evan's Tire & Service Centers in El Cajon, CA, is seeking a General Service Technician to support tire services, oil changes, and routine maintenance. You’ll perform Digital Vehicle Inspections and help maintain a clean, safe shop while learning foundational automotive skills from experienced technicians and store leaders.

Formación

• Entry-level role suitable for mechanically inclined individuals.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to learn automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, filters, wipers, bulbs, batteries).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs.
• Identify safety issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and organized.
• Work with technicians and service advisors; participate in training.
• Adhere to company policies and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
