Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full-time and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay range: $13.20 - $19.80.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and assist with battery and electrical checks. Valid driver’s license required; automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive components including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
