Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will diagnose basic automotive issues, perform maintenance, and service tires as part of a supportive team. Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspension, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
