Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team servicing vehicles. The role offers full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, including a tool program discount. The pay range is $14.37–$22.45 per hour, and Bridgestone is committed to fair compensation.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, install tires and batteries, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install tires and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
