Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
- Preferred qualifications include High School Diploma or GED; automotive training beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
- Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication about guest vehicles.
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
- Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies and safety procedures.
