Valvoline Express Care / Castrol Oil Change is seeking motivated Entry Level Automotive Technicians. No prior experience required; paid training provided to develop skills for preventive automotive maintenance.

You will assist customers with maintenance services and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced team setting. The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work with hands above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by evaluating customers' vehicle maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, fluid inspections and refills, air filter replacement, windshield wiper replacement, light inspections and replacement, tire pressure checks, and complete vehicle safety inspections.
• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
