Valvoline Express Care / Castrol Oil Change is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician. No previous automotive experience is required as we provide paid training to build foundational skills in preventive maintenance.

You will assist customers with maintenance services, perform oil changes, fluid checks, and light inspections while delivering friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced team environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service by evaluating customers' vehicle maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, fluid inspections and refills, air filter replacement, windshield wiper replacement, light inspections and replacement.
• Complete vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
