Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and communicate clearly about vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior technicians and support staff as needed.
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire inflation and fluid levels.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
