Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Kansas City, KS to service guest vehicles with certified training opportunities. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting a busy service center.

You will participate in our training program to gain certification and hands-on experience across offered services, enabling career growth within the Team Car Care network.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure tire pressure and proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues to management.
