Team Car Care in Highland, CA is seeking a part-time General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver quality maintenance. You will train through our program to gain certification across our service offerings, advancing your automotive skills in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with guests, and maintaining a safe, clean shop. You will handle various driving and manual tasks, including lifting and equipment operation, with flexibility for

Formación

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Effective guest service with clear communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional service to guests' vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all hours.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center environment.
• Provide mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check and communicate oil levels and tire pressure as needed.
• Inspect and document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management and follow policy.
