Job summary

Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician at our Highland, CA location. This entry-level role trains you to professionally service guest vehicles and earn certification through our program.

The position offers part-time hours, a $17.00–$17.24 hourly compensation, and benefits including a 401K plan with company match, insurance options, and bonus incentives. You will work with a team to maintain a clean, safe service area, communicate clearly with guests, and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading of safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of working in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training to certify in offered services.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Communicate oil level and tire pressure to teammates.
• Document work on repair orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
